He is survived by: his son Jeb Red Johnston; his mother Ada Johnston Brown; and his siblings, Cynthia Lynn Martinez, Sylvia Matthews and Frederick Joe Johnston. He is also survived by cousins, his high school friends and his West Point Family of brothers.
