He was predeceased by: his mother Freida Slatkin. He is survived by: his brother Bud (Teena); his nephews, Daniel Slatkin (Alyson), Ari Slatkin (Danielle Collins) and Jonathan; his niece Cassie Slatkin; his great-nephews, Gabriel and Alexander Slatkin; and his aunt Barbara Altman Cook.
