He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Everett and Ruby May Crouse; and his siblings, Ralphie, Frank, Jackie, Dale, Charles, James, Merle, Robert, Shirley, Rosia, Pearl, Helen, Patricia and Judy.
He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Rickey (Cindy), Christine Skinner, Rachel (Rob) and Amy Gammel (Jason); his grandchildren, John, Amanda, Kasandra, Hunter and Paisley; his great grandchildren, Clara, Lochlan and Tessa; and his siblings, Cecile Goebel, Betty Melton and John William (Carol). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
