She was predeceased by: her husband Keith Howell; her children, Raymond Howell and Karen Howell; her brother Richard Bowers; and her grandchildren, Shannon Howell and Ronnie Stenson.

She is survived by: her children, Bill Howell (Julie), Dough Howell (Vasha Helm) and Scott Howell; and her brothers, George and John Lee Bowers. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
