He is survived by: his wife Terri Parks; his children, Elizabeth Parks, Morgan Skow and Thomas Godin; his grandchildren, Kaiden Skow, Khloe Cowell and Dean Godin; his parents, Marval Fairbanks and Duane Parks; his stepmother Donna Sasso-Parks; his mother-in-law Sandra Beach; his stepsister Christina Campbell; his brothers, Damon Parks and Burt Parks; and his stepbrother Johnny Fairbanks. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
