She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Baird and Serena Baird; her husband Wayne; her siblings, Dorothy Grizzle, Jerry Baird, Evelyn Morse and Francis Baird; and her nephew David Wayne Buckstead.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Dietz of Arvada and Steve Buckstead (Beverly) of Thornton; and her grandsons, Jason Dietz (Kimberly) and Joshua Dietz (Nicole). She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
