He is survived by: his parents, Allan L. Palmer and Tina Marie (Strock); his grandparents, Ernest Strock of Commerce City and Carol Nelson of Loveland; his daughter Jaylynn of Arvada; and his siblings, Randy Palmer of Firestone, Desirae Palmer of Idaho and Celina Garcia of Brighton.
Due to the Covid Pandemic the family has chosen to do a private memorial service.
