He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine "Kathy"; his parents, Delores "Dee" and Melvin; and his siblings, Art and Cheryl.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas and Kimberley Brooks (Matthew); his grandchildren, Teagan, Gavin and Sammi; and his siblings, Kathleen Daggett (John) and Rick Owens.
