She was predeceased by: her parents, Haven Kennedy and Monica Frederick; and her parents-in-law, Granville and Sylvia Carter. She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; her children, David Carter (Carrie Carter), Deana Carter (Ro Rains) and Darcy Risenhoover (Craig Risenhoover); her brother Jim Kennedy (Priscilla Kennedy); her grandchildren, Jay Carter, Gage Irwin (Jessie Irwin), Dylan Carter, Nic Irwin and Ty Carter; her stepgranddaughters, Casady Risenhoover and Cailey Risenhoover; and her great grandchildren, Adaline Irwin, Harper Irwin, Caden Risenhoover and Brycen Irwin.
