It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amy S. Castillo of Commerce City, Colorado, born in Rociada, New Mexico, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Suazo and Santos Suazo (Sena); her husband Felipe Castillo; her siblings, Abe Suazo, Bill Suazo, George Suazo, Tony Suazo, Emma Valdez and Josie Rodriquez; and her granddaughter Vanessa Castillo.

She is survived by: her children, Felipe Castillo, Jr., Victor Castillo, Carlos Castillo, Anna Castillo, Lisa Castillo and Sylvia Montour; her siblings, Daniel Suazo, Martin Suazo, Susie Beem, Sister Rosa Suazo and Julie Vigil; her grandchildren, Phillip Castillo, Domonic Montour, Angelo Montour, Alaysha Jensen, Shannon Castillo, Haley Castillo and Ian Castillo; her great grandchildren, Felipe Castillo, Alexis Montour and Alaya Salankey; and her great great grandchild Noelle Castillo.
