He was predeceased by: his daughters, Kimberly Macklin and Dawn Bell; and his parents, Walter Bell, Sr. and Maybelle Bell. He is survived by: his wife Kay Bell (Farley); his children, Glenn West (Kellie), Shawn West (Aimee), Daniel Smith, David Bell (Samantha) and Constance Clark (Bill); his siblings, Raymond Young Jr. and Louise Ann Young; and his cousin Delores Brobeck. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Shrine of Remembrance (1730 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
