Vonie L. Manthey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vonie L. Manthey of Colorado Springs, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Vonie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Manthey and Evon Manthey (Jahn); and her stepfather Duane Nelson. She is survived by: her sisters, Tanya Nelson, Rose Schlaht and Bonnie Oien; her stepsiblings, Curtis Keeney and Lois Horsager; and also Briana (Austin). She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
