He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blackford and Dorothy Blackford (Miller); and his wife Connie Blackford. He is survived by: his stepchildren, John Stroup of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Denise Sisson (Dave Sisson) of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Theresa Scott (Aaron Scott) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his sisters, Brenda Delong and Gail Plaster of Galion, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tyler Hutchison, Breanna Gomez, Logan Hutchison, Kyle Jones and Caleb Jones; and his great grandchildren, James and Payton.
