She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas M. Phelps and Mary Jeanne Wandel Phelps; and her brother Tommy Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Stover James; and her nephews, John Phelps (Laura), Matt Phelps (Beth) and Andy Phelps. She is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
