She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancil M. Ferguson and Gladys A. Ferguson; her sister Margaret Ann Ferguson; and her husband John Gordon Girod. She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Ann (Jerry Rigney), Sharon Ann (Ronald Kicinski), Margaret Ann (Richard Rinker) and Himself; her grandsons, Nicholas Rinker and Galen Howe; and her great grandchildren, Cambri, Morgan, Victoria, Violet and Josie. She is also survived by numerous granddogs and grandcats.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
