She was predeceased by: her parents, O. F. Potts and Phoebe Potts (Elkins); and her husband Kenneth Gladish. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Myers (Jerry) of Decatur, TX; her daughters, Stacy Gladish Woodall of Evansville and Shelly Gladish Simeone (John) of Indianapolis; her granddaughters, Amy Woodall Tate (Matt) of Chicago, IL and Laura Woodall Werner (Gordon) of Newburgh; her stepgranddaughter Lily Simeone of Indianapolis; and her great grandchildren, Maxwell Werner, Luke Werner, Benjamin Werner and Emma Werner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests those who wish to contribute make a donation to their favorite charity.
