He was predeceased by: his parents, Norton W. Smith and Evelyn B. Smith (Robbins); and his siblings, Lynn and Andy. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Smith (Gentile); his children, Scott Smith Jr. (Kellie) and Sheryl Smith; his brothers, Bill and Barry; his grandchild Bryanna; his brothers, Hilaire (Paul), Cassie (Brett), Joshua (Brittany), Justin, Jacob, Jason (Tosha), David (Vanessa) and Travis; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Dominic, Hayden, Shane, August, Amethyst, Aaron, Jordan, Olyver and Ariya. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
