He is survived by: his wife Kristine Foltz-Fullerton; his daughters, Deborah Breda, Shelly Smith and Karen Young; and his brothers, Steve Fullerton, Brent Fullerton and Craig Fullerton.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Shrine of Remembrance (1730 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910).
