He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cook and Ardith Sexton Cook. He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his stepchildren, Sandra, Tammy, Edgar and Richard; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Dustin, Colten and Danielle; his great grandchildren, T. J. and Gwen; his siblings, Gary, Donnie and Patty; and his aunt Joyce. He is also survived by three nieces, five nephews, and multiple cousins.
A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pikes Peak National Cemetery (10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, CO 80925). A reception will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the VFW Post 6461 (753 S Santa Fe Ave, Fountain, CO 80817).
