He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Willis H. Lowrey and Jean T Lowrey; and his brothers, Doug Lowrey and George Lowrey. He is survived by: his wife Terressa L Lowrey; and his sons, Erik S Miller (Jessica Brushwein), Kyle J Miller and Cody R Miller (Desiree Miller).
