She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Mills-Turner and Willie Wade Jones; her son Urick Shannon Phillips; her siblings, Carolyn "Cathy" Phillips, Maxine Chartier, Tessie King and Louis "Butch" Phillips; her grandchildren, Damien Vellema and Haley Bugg; her great grandchild Jream; and her pets, Rocky and Misty. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and long-time faithful friends.
