She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Keiser and Mary Frye Keiser; her husband John R. Kurth; and her siblings, Ernest, Sherwood, Harold, Wilbur, John, Harry, Jr., Mae Keiser and Iola DeLeva.
She is survived by: her daughter Candace A. Kurth (Colo) of Colorado Springs. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
