She was predeceased by: her father Rodrigo Alfaro. She is survived by: her mother Vielka Rodriguez; her husband Kenneth Swarts; her sons, Kenneth Wayne Swarts Jr. and Sean P. Swarts; her sister Victoria Prieksat (Joe Prieksat); and her nieces and nephews, Joe, Joy and Camila. She is also survived by aunts and uncles in Panama and close friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Swan-Law Funeral Directors (501 N Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
