He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Wait and Viola Wait (Johnson); and his siblings, Leo, Madge and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia. He is also survived by three children, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
