He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. Allen and Leona E. Allen. He is survived by: his children, Yvette Muhammed of Lithonia, Georgia, Tammy Basey (Ramon) of Kansas City, Christina Allen (Eskew) of Kansas City, Missouri, Diallo Jackman of Des Moines and Dominique Jackman of Des Moines, Iowa; and his siblings, Fran Allen Jr. of Des Moines, Clyde Allen of Allen, Texas and Esther Allen. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
