She was predeceased by: her brother Dr. William Beggs (Billy); and her mother-in-law Joanne Jacobsen. She is survived by: her husband Ed Lococo; her son Erik Weitzel (Catie); her grandchildren, Walker of Colorado Springs and Weston of Colorado Springs; her daughter Kathy Smith (Chad); her grandson Hunter of Rockford, Illinois; her stepdaughter Amber King (Henry); her stepgrandchildren, Kassidee, Kamden and Kolten of San Antonio, Texas; her sister Gerri Anderson (Ron) of Chandler, Arizona; her brothers-in-law, Jim Lococo (Janet) of Denver, Colorado and Chris Lococo of Niceville; and her friends, Roseann McBroom, Sandie McBroom, Stewart Pegues and Odessa Lazard. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (1830 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80910). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
