She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ortega and Tillie Ortega. She is survived by: her children, Alissa Totura (Ryan) and Amanda Daniel (Jason); her grandsons, Hunter, Austin and Jack; and her siblings, Roberta Montano (Paul), Ruben Ortega (Adrienne) and Wayne Ortega (Susan).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Project Angel Heart and Who Gives A Scrap in her name.
