He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Robin Guthrie (Matt Stys) and Leslie Leaming; his son-in-law Bob Leaming; and his sister Jean Zanotti. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
