As we bid adieu to Douglas' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Douglas has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Humphries and Cecelia Jarrett; and his niece Avery Ann Humphries. He is survived by: his wife Carmin Humphries (Cole) of Colorado Springs, CO; his children, Ryin Sedlak (Cody) of Colorado Springs, CO and Jarrid Humphries of Durango, CO; his grandson Easton Sedlak; and his brother Mike Humphries of Mascoutah, IL. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews along with many other dear family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Best Friends Animal Society in memory of Doug Humphries.
