He was predeceased by: his wife Toni Sanchez; his parents, Billie Runyon and Effie Runyon; his daughter Sheri; his son-in-law Don Howard; his brothers, Roscoe, James, Harry, Richard and Larry; his grandmother Seaton; and his grandson Jason Farmer.

He is survived by: his children, Jean Keenan (Timothy), Brenda Breister (Joseph) and Donald "Billy" Runyon; his sister Helen Harris; and his grandchildren, Jenny Duncan (Steve), Donna Sisk (Mike), Michelle Farmer, Donald Howard (Joanne), Christopher Howard (Holly), Tim Runyon (Laura), Thom Runyon, Jesse Runyon (Sunnie), Toni Trujillo (Ray), Tim Denton, Nikole Barker (Frankie) and Amber Breister. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
