He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Kathryn (Mansfield) and James Willard (Hastings). He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, James Ridgeway (Hastings) and Kim Mutchler Walsh (Dick); his granddaughter Jordan Mutchler Hunt (Bailey); his great grandchildren, Gage Hastings, Tatum Kay and Margot Bailey; and his nephew Larry Cable (Cynthia). He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that any donations be made to the Goodwill Foundation of Colorado, where JR participated in the Colorado Springs Possibilities and other programs for more than 30 years.
