He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Shultz and Maryann Sklenar. He is survived by: his wife Shultz; and his children, Matt, Tim, Dion and Chelsea. He is also survived by one brother; one sister; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended friends and family.
