He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Forbes and Dorothy Forbes. He is survived by: his wife Lorra Beth; his children, Matthew (Stacey), Anna (Chris), Emily (Jeremiah) and Jonathan (Laura); and his grandchildren, Avery, Jacob, Iris, Miles, Audrey and Maple.
