She is survived by: her husband Mike; her daughter Lacie Clark; her stepdaughters, Michelle Key (Muth) and Marcey Hodshire (Muth); her grandchildren, Jade Clark-Muth, Malcolm Clark-Muth, Nick Clark and Azelyn Clark; her brother Mike Havens; and her aunt Vicki McCleary. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
