She is survived by: her mother Billie Forrest (Bullard); her children, Michael Medina and Reyna Riccio; her siblings, Mitchell Medina, Ernest Forrest and Rebecca Forrest; and her granddaughters, Analeah and Janessa. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
