He is survived by: his wife Diane Tice of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his daughter Michelle Humphrey (Mark Humphrey) of Black Forest, Colorado; his grandsons, Matthew and Mason Humphrey of Black Forest, Colorado; and his brother David Wiley Sr. of New York. He is also survived by his family and friends.
