Annette Helming (Edwards) of Amazonia, Missouri.; his wife Angela; his stepchildren, Jeff Peterson, Cindy Peterson and Doris Peterson; and his siblings, Gregg Kelly Johnson (Jolean) of Salina, UT, Gavin H. Johnson (Brenda) of Frisco, TX, Charles M. Johnson of Magna, UT, Jacob M. Johnson (Anika) of West Jordan, UT., Cathie Cook of Bountiful, UT, Amy Squire (Wayne) of Ephraim, UT, Angela Hulleberg (Brian) of Magna, UT and Sally Crumb (Carl) of Amazonia, MO.. He is also survived by his 30 nieces and nephews, their spouses, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
