She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin J Thorson and Esther L Jones; her husband Rudolph R Ortego; and her brothers, Jimmy, Earl and Larry Thorson.
She is survived by: her children, Tina "Max" Garcia, David Ortego, Robert Ortego and Rocky Ortego; and her sister Ginger Thorson "Gayle". She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
