She was predeceased by: her parents, Deward Puckett and Lula Wiseman Puckett; and her siblings, Bernice Puckett and Deward "D. C." Puckett. She is survived by: her husband Charles Smith.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
