She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Shanks and Wanda Jean Freeman; and her sister Vicki Shanks. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Uhland; her brother-in-law Glen; her sons, Kevin Simpson (Kristin) of Burlington, CO and Ryan Uhland (Kara) of Cheyenne Wells, CO; her granddaughters, Reagan, Briar, Brooklyn Simpson, Emeri, Averi and Paisli Uhland; and her siblings, Lonnie Shanks (Betty) of Shawnee, OK, Teresa Bradshaw (Glen) of Colorado Springs, CO and Steve Shanks (Tonja) of Glencoe, OK. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
