He was predeceased by: his father Tom; and his siblings, Phillip and Sonya. He is survived by: his mother Kay; his siblings, Paul, Doug and Kerri (Sherri); his daughters, Uriah and Tommi; his stepdaughter Jolene; his grandsons, Wylie and Newt; and his nieces, Nikki and Nikkole.
