He is survived by: his wife Lucinda Ann Smith; his daughters, Deborah Watters (Debbie) and Sandra Watters-Headrick (Sandie); his grandchildren, Caylon Headrick, Kiefer Headrick, Shaelyn Headrick-Mayo and Tristan Headrick; his great grandchild Braelyn Mayo; his daughters, Sandie, Kiefer (Jenna) and Shaelyn (Gage); and his great grandchildren, Braelyn Shae Mayo, Carson James Headrick and Andrea Headrick.
