He is survived by: his daughters, Lacey McDonald of Hawaii and Jina Jacquez of Montrose, CO; and his siblings, Abbie Sanchez (James) of Center, CO, Judy Arellano of Pueblo, CO, Gene Jacquez of Long Beach, CA and Norman Jacquez of Alamosa, CO.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
