He is survived by: his wife Connie Louise Millis (Querry); his children, William "Bill" Millis, Jr. (Nikki), Sally Villasana (Reynaldo) and Holly Sprague (David); and his grandchildren, Andrew Millis, Catherine "Katie" Millis, George Millis, Samantha "Sami" Villasana, Alexander "Alex" Villasana, Amanda Perreault (Kasen) and William "Will" Sprague.
