He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Decker and Marie Decker; his brothers, Edward, Paul, Bob and Harvey Dean; and his son-in-law Bryan Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Bettega; his grandchildren, Raina Adams, Matthew Adams (Joy), Brianna Adams, Zachary Maruska, Daniel McLaughlin, Brendan McLaughlin, Ashley Decker and Kayla Decker; and his sister Artis Knowles.
