She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Fern and James Hansen Johnson; her brother Ronald Ernest Johnson; and her grandson Matthew Stephen-Bryce Conway. She is survived by: her daughters, Adana Louise Conway (Patrick Theodore Conway) and Brenda Michelle Grizzle-Dunn (Joseph Matthew Dunn); and her grandchildren, Michael Ryan-James Conway (Taylor Moore), Samuel Ryan Grizzle (Marina), Paul Michael Grizzle (Samie) and Grace Michelle Grizzle (Camden Long).

From 2015 to today, this love for God and the church community have provided her support through the death of her life mate, uplifted her during the COVID pandemic, and provided the spiritual zeal for her to conquer breast cancer.
