He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Crist and Evelyn Crist of Denver. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gangell Crist; his sons, Jon (Katie), Rick (Jessica) and Josh (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jack, Ella, Addison and Hannah; and his son Eagle Scout.
