She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood; her parents, Gladys Jacobson and Chester Jacobson; and her brothers, Robert and David Jacobson.
She is survived by: her children, Gail Benson (Johnsen), Brian Johnsen and Denise Millhollin (Johnsen); her grandchildren, William Benson, Kathryn Benson, Sarah Benson, Rachel Dickes Justin Johnsen (Johnsen), Casey Millhollin and Ryan Millhollin; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlynne and Micaiah Millhollin.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to The March of Dimes, a charity where Marilyn volunteered for many years or the Alzheimer's Association.
