He is survived by: his sons, John A. Millard (Paula D. Millard) of Castle Rock, CO, David V. Millard (Debbie Millard) of Arvada, CO, Robert M. Millard (Lisa Millard) of Seattle, WA and Troy T. Millard (Melanie Millard) of White Plains, NY.; and his grandchildren, Savannah, Aaron, Cheyenne, Austin, Spencer, Anna, Jack, Amelie, Noah and Gabriel.
