He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Jeneldia Chrislip (Yates) and Lonnie Lloyd Chrislip; and his siblings, Betty Willard, Bethene Chrislip, Alan Chrislip and Wes Chrislip.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Kay Chrislip (Peery) of Centennial, CO; his children, Mark Chrislip (Diane) of Eudora, KS, Kathy Darling (Mark) of Minneapolis, MN and Kevin Chrislip (Charla) of Tulsa, OK; his stepdaughters, Lori Martin (Ordy Ploehn) of Grand Junction, CO and Lyndsey White (Peter) of Portland, OR; his brothers, Larry Chrislip (Linda) of Grand Prairie, TX and Sherman Chrislip (Eloise) of Denver, CO; and his former wife Donna L. Dedrick of Overland Park, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends.
